GovFlow VN v0.1.0 is the first reproducible public release of the deterministic offline dossier-checking MVP.
Highlights:
- cited deterministic findings and an out-of-scope guard;
- 20 automated tests;
- versioned synthetic benchmark data and machine-readable results;
- 7 dossier slices and 6 scope questions;
- 12/12 known omissions detected and 18/18 findings cited on bundled synthetic cases;
- CI, maintainer, contribution, security, maintenance, and Apache-2.0 artifacts.
