• rigforge demo forges a tampered artifact with a re-computed hash; the plain integrity check passes and the signature check fails.
• rigforge init, run, seal and verify --require-signature drive the packet workflow.
• rigforge benchmark runs 16 seeded offline scenarios (8 honest, 8 forged); all 16 verdicts were correct on the default seed. --leaderboard compares naive, signed and spec-bound checks.
• rigforge mcp-serve exposes contract and proof tools over MCP.
• Smoke test: pip install -e . then rigforge demo.
