460 curated Japanese food nutrition items across 21 chains, all cited from official manufacturer or restaurant sources, or from Japan MEXT Standard Tables of Food Composition.

Six tools: search_food, konbini_item, restaurant_meal, analyze_meal, find_alternatives, daily_targets. Bilingual JP/EN throughout.

Install: npm install -g tabedata-mcp or npx -y tabedata-mcp.

  • Konbini: 7-Eleven (46), Lawson (34), FamilyMart (29), Ministop (13)
  • Japanese restaurants: MOS Burger (27), CoCo Ichi (25), Nakau (20), Matsuya (18), Sukiya (17), Marugame (16), Tenya (15), Yoshinoya (14), Yayoiken (9), Ootoya (7), Ichiran (4)
  • Western chains: Subway JP (25), McDonald's JP (26), KFC JP (21), Lotteria (10), Freshness Burger (9), Doutor (9)
  • Generic (MEXT) and brand items: 66

Held back per Gate 1 (no public macro disclosure): Saizeriya, Starbucks Japan, Pepper Lunch.
