The OPS-SAT run 2 package for experiment exp4051 (ESA OPS-SAT Space Lab, OPS-SAT PRETTY, TU Graz): exp4051-mru-flight-v0.4.0.tar.gz, built from the armv7-unknown-linux-musleabihf binary below by opssat/package.sh. Three segments in one run of under four minutes: the shrinking quorum on the lifecycle schedule (hang, stuck replica, stuck bit on the last replica, safe halt with no wrong result), fixed TMR on the same schedule, and a kill of the voter with a resume from its checkpoint. Tested full length in ESA's experiment environment. Details in docs/opssat.md and CHANGELOG.md.

Changes since v0.3.1: an outvoted event in the log, the sensor fill at start-up under the CPU share, the run-time cap holding inside a sensor scan, and the wait for a hung replica left out of the CPU-share throttle.
