Each file only works with its designated Minecraft version and mod loader. Required on both client and server for multiplayer.

What's new

Yuanyang and four-grid hotpots

• Available in both copper and iron with four divider layouts: S-Shaped Yuanyang Hotpot, O-Shaped Yuanyang Hotpot, Straight-Divider Yuanyang Hotpot, and Four-Grid Hotpot.
• Crafting recipe: Combine a nine-grid hotpot with an ingot of the same metal in a crafting table. Ingot placed to the left of the pot crafts the S-shaped pot; below crafts the O-shaped pot; above crafts the straight-divider pot; and one on each side crafts the four-grid pot.
• Multi-compartment broths: Each section holds its own broth base, allowing any combination of broths in a single pot. Pour and scoop broth by aiming at the respective section; ingredients simmer in the broth of the compartment they sit in.
• The hotpot GUI retains its small-grid layout; cells blocked by dividers are disabled and left empty.
• When picked up, the pot's item icon displays the broth inside each section.
• Double-clicking to collect cooked food only gathers items simmering in the same broth.

Beef loin and beef loin slices

• Cows and mooshrooms now have a 25% chance to drop Beef Loin.
• Beef Loin can be cooked into Cooked Beef Loin, restoring as much hunger and saturation as steak.
• Slice it on a Cutting Board (with an Iron Kitchen Knife) or in a Stonecutter into 3 Beef Loin Slices—the fastest food to cook in the pot!

New chopstick controls

• Shift + right-click a pot with Bamboo Chopsticks to open the hotpot screen (previously plain right-click).
• Right-click a pot with chopsticks to pick up cooked food directly from the targeted slot, then hold right-click to eat it.
• Right-clicking a pot while holding raw food still places it into the pot to cook.

Easier dipping

• When eating with chopsticks, holding Dipping Sauce in either hand will automatically dip the food (previously off-hand only).
• Right-click a dipping sauce bowl placed on a table with food held in your chopsticks to dip it as well.

Pick up standalone pots

• Standalone pots placed on the ground or on a campfire can now be picked up with Shift + right-click with an empty hand, keeping all broth and ingredients inside intact.

Changes

• "Creamy Broth" has been renamed to "Rich Stock" in every language.
• Translations across 9 languages (English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese) were reviewed and polished; names and hints are now more accurate.
• Crafting recipes:
  • Cutting Board: Two logs placed side by side, yields 2.
  • The five small dishes: Horizontal row of "material, bowl, material", yields 2.
• Pots on campfires now stand on four iron legs; flames no longer clip through the bottom of the pot.
• Food simmering in an unheated pot (no fire below) no longer flickers; it now gently bobs in the broth.
• Benches placed facing opposite directions now seamlessly join into a single continuous bench.
• Cutting Board: Now has block facing; mining food placed on the board only removes the food without breaking the board; rendered properly in hand; no longer overly dark in the inventory.
• The Rolling Pin now has handles.
• The Orange Drink bottle now features the fret pattern on the upper half of its sides as well.
• The Sauce Station is one trapdoor lower (3 pixels); the selection outline now only frames the specific bowl you are looking at.
• Hotpots now only accept edible food; wood, iron, and other non-food items can no longer be put in.
• Creative inventory order: Iron pots first, then copper; each sorted by nine-grid, S-shaped, O-shaped, straight-divider, and four-grid.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where picking up cooked food from a table bowl or plate with chopsticks and holding right-click to eat was treated as "putting it back", causing the food to bounce back and forth.
• Fixed potatoes and tofu being unable to be placed on the Cutting Board (broken in 0.1.2-alpha).
• Fixed items remaining visible on the Cutting Board after it was emptied.
• Fixed missing particle textures (purple-and-black checkerboard crumbs) when eating with chopsticks.
• Fixed breaking a Plant Protein Drink displaying orange drink particles.
• Fixed texture flickering (z-fighting) on the Plant Protein Drink bottle cap.
• Resolved two crafting recipe conflicts with vanilla Minecraft:
  • One log crafting a Cutting Board, which clashed with vanilla "log → planks".
  • Two iron ingots in a row crafting an iron small dish, which clashed with the heavy weighted pressure plate.

Good to know

• Some items, such as bottled drinks, have no survival ingredients or recipes yet and are currently Creative-only.
• Compatibility with other mods: Unknown and still being worked on. Please feel free to report any conflicts!

Differences between builds

Gameplay mechanics, numerical values, and recipes are identical across all builds. The only minor differences are due to game version or loader specifics:

• 1.20.1 (Fabric, Forge): Hotpot steam uses white cloud particles (1.20.1 lacks the vanilla white smoke particle); raw and cooked tripe count as meat, allowing wolves to eat them.
• NeoForge 1.21.1, Forge 1.20.1: Even if a data pack completely replaces the cow, mooshroom, or grass loot tables, tripe, beef loin, scallions, cilantro, and soybeans are still added to drops.
• 1.20.1 Fabric requires a recent Fabric Loader (0.19.3+) and Fabric API (0.92.12+); older loaders cannot load it.

Testing

• The 1.21.1 Fabric build serves as the primary build and was tested in game by the author.
• The ported builds (NeoForge 1.21.1, Fabric 1.20.1, Forge 1.20.1) passed automated server-side checks (block placement, cooking, drops, item registration) and client launch to the main menu. Right-click interactions, screens, and visual effects have not been widely tested yet—please report any issues you encounter!

新内容

鸳鸯锅和田字锅

• 铜锅与铁锅各新增 4 种样式：S形鸳鸯锅、O形鸳鸯锅、直隔鸳鸯锅、田字火锅。
• 合成做法：九宫格火锅 + 一块同材质的锭（铜锅配铜锭，铁锅配铁锭）。工作台里锭放在锅的左边出 S形，放下面出 O形，放上面出直隔，左右各放一块出田字。
• 独立汤底分区：每一边都能单独倒入一种汤底，支持任意自由搭配。准星对着哪一边，就往哪边倒汤、舀汤；各格的食材用自己那边的汤底分别煮熟。
• 锅界面沿用经典小格子布局，靠近隔板放不下的格子留空。
• 收进背包后，物品图标上能看到每边是什么汤。
• 双击一键收取熟食时，只收取同一种汤底里的菜。

牛脊肉和吊龙

• 击杀牛或哞菇有 25% 概率掉落牛脊肉。
• 牛脊肉能直接烤成熟牛脊肉，饱食度和饱和度与熟牛排完全一样。
• 在砧板（铁菜刀切）或切石机上能切成 3 片吊龙，是目前下锅涮得最快的食材！

筷子新玩法

• 手持竹筷 Shift + 右键锅体打开锅界面（以前是直接右键）。
• 拿筷子直接右键锅体，可从准星对着的那一格直接夹起一份熟食，随后按住右键即可吃掉。
• 筷子夹着生食材右键锅体，仍会放进锅里煮。

蘸料更方便

• 用筷子吃东西时，蘸料拿在主手或副手都会自动蘸一口（以前只认副手）。
• 筷子夹着菜右键桌上摆着的蘸料碗，也能顺手蘸一口。

端走单独摆放的锅

• 摆在地上或篝火上的独立火锅，空手 Shift + 右键即可连汤带菜整锅收进背包。

改动

• 「浓汤」改名为「高汤」，各语言同步更新。
• 9 种语言（英、繁、日、韩、俄、德、法、西、葡）的翻译重新校对了一遍，名称和提示文本更地道准确。
• 合成表调整：
  • 砧板：两个原木横排合成，一次出 2 个。
  • 5 种小碟：横排按「材料 碗 材料」合成，一次出 2 个。

English

This is the Fabric port for Minecraft 1.20.1 of the published 0.1.1-alpha. It carries over the stoves, iron/copper nine-grid hotpots, four broths, chopsticks, tables, seats, plates, tripe, bowls and drinks from that release. Drinks remain Creative-only. Later dipping-sauce and food-preparation features are outside this release.

• Minecraft 1.20.1 only; Fabric Loader 0.15.11+ (tested dependency: 0.19.3).
• Fabric API for 1.20.1 (tested dependency: 0.92.12+1.20.1).
• Java 17+. Install on both client and server.
• Pot steam uses white cloud particles in 1.20.1, so it looks slightly different from 1.21.1.
• Preliminary tests cover build/startup and selected command-driven checks. In-game interactions, rendering and compatibility need further testing.

Ports for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge and 1.21.1 NeoForge are in progress and expected to be released soon.

这是已发布 0.1.1-alpha 的 Minecraft 1.20.1 Fabric 移植版，延续该版的灶台、铁锅 / 铜锅、四种汤底、筷子、桌凳、盘子、毛肚、碗与饮料。饮料仍暂时只能通过创造模式获取，后续开发中的蘸料、切菜等内容不属于本版。

• 仅支持 Minecraft 1.20.1；Fabric Loader 0.15.11+（测试时使用 0.19.3）。
• 安装 1.20.1 对应的 Fabric API（测试时使用 0.92.12+1.20.1）。
• 使用 Java 17 或更新版本，客户端和服务端均需安装。
• 1.20.1 的锅中热气使用白色云粒子，外观与 1.21.1 略有不同。

新内容

• 碗：原版的碗能摆在火锅桌上装菜；空碗右键锅优先盛准星所指大格的熟菜，每碗最多 3 份；全锅没有熟菜但有汤时能盛一碗汤喝，四种汤效果不同：
  • 清汤：解反胃
  • 浓汤：更顶饱
  • 菌汤：生命恢复
  • 红汤：力量，但会有点饿
• 饮料：「橙子饮料」「植物蛋白饮料」，一瓶喝 4 口，每口回 2 点饥饿值，都能解红汤的饥饿；橙子饮料加速，植物蛋白饮料解反胃。能摆在桌上。暂时只能在创造模式拿到。
• 篝火煮锅：锅放在点着的篝火、灵魂篝火上也能煮，速度和灶台一样，不耗燃料，也给周围的人回血。
• 桌面摆件：灯笼、花盆、蜡烛、蛋糕等小摆件放在火锅桌上会贴住桌面，不再浮空或陷进桌子。

修复

• 站在矮火锅桌的盘子上会抽搐。
• 老存档里锅中食材的浮动一顿一顿的，像掉帧。

改动

• 调整了多项物品 / 方块 ID，使其与英文名一致，例如：灶台 brick_stove、高灶台 tall_brick_stove、铁锅 iron_nine_grid_hotpot、竹筷 bamboo_chopsticks、板凳 oak_stool、条凳 oak_bench、小碟 quartz_small_dish。火锅桌、毛肚等仍保留原 ID；部分旧 ID 的对应物也发生变化，因此不应直接沿用旧存档。用指令 /give 时注意用新 ID。

What's new

• Bowls: vanilla bowls can be placed on hotpot tables to hold food. Right-click the pot with an empty bowl to scoop up to 3 cooked food items, prioritizing the big cell you are aiming at; if the whole pot has no cooked food but has broth, you get a bowl of broth to drink, and each broth has its own effect:
  • Clear: cures Nausea
  • Milky: more filling
  • Mushroom: Regeneration
  • Spicy: Strength, with a little Hunger
• Drinks: Orange Drink and Plant Protein Drink, 4 sips per bottle, 2 hunger per sip. Both cure the Hunger from spicy broth; Orange Drink gives Speed, Plant Protein Drink cures Nausea. They can be placed on tables. Creative-only for now.
• Campfire cooking: a pot on a lit campfire or soul campfire cooks at stove speed, uses no fuel, and also heals nearby players.
• Table decorations: lanterns, flower pots, candles, cakes and other small decorations now sit flush on hotpot tables.

Fixes

• Standing on a plate on a low hotpot table made the player jitter.
• In old worlds, food bobbing in the pot looked choppy.

Changes

• Many item and block IDs were adjusted to match their English names, for example: Brick Stove brick_stove, Tall Brick Stove tall_brick_stove, Iron Nine-Grid Hotpot iron_nine_grid_hotpot, Bamboo Chopsticks bamboo_chopsticks, Stool oak_stool, Bench oak_bench, Small Dish quartz_small_dish. Hotpot tables, Tripe and some other IDs remain unchanged; some old IDs now refer to different objects, so do not reuse old worlds directly. Use the new IDs with /give.

Compatibility

Minecraft 1.21.1 only · Fabric (Loader 0.15.11+) · Fabric API · Java 21 · install on both client and server.

这个版本有什么

第一个公开版本，包含：

• 灶台、高灶台：用原版熔炉燃料烧火，锅坐在上面煮。高灶台 1.5 格高，配高火锅桌用。
• 铁制 / 铜制九宫格火锅：9×9 = 81 格。坐在灶台上煮；单独放在地上就是冷锅。
• 四种汤底：清汤（水桶）、浓汤（牛奶桶）、菌汤（蘑菇煲）、红汤（岩浆桶），煮的快慢各不相同。可以用空桶或碗舀回来。
• 煮食材：生的、能吃的东西都能下锅，按熔炉配方的时间煮熟，给熔炉同样的经验。只在煮生食材时消耗燃料。
• 竹筷：在锅界面里左键吃熟食；从盘子里夹菜、把菜放进锅。
• 冷锅反胃：吃冷锅里的东西有概率反胃。
• 围锅取暖：灶台烧着火、上面有锅时，6 格内的玩家获得生命恢复 I。
• 整锅带走：挖下来的锅连汤带菜，放下来原样都在。
• 火锅桌：11 种木头 × 矮桌 / 高桌，互相拼接，也和灶台拼成一整张桌子。
• 板凳、条凳：11 种木头，能连成长凳，能坐。
• 盘子：5 种材质 × 6 种大小，共 30 种。一格方块能摆好几个，每个小格能叠 3 样菜。
• 生毛肚、熟毛肚：牛和哞菇掉落，在锅里涮得比牛肉快。
• 创造模式分类页：带子类（全部、厨具、餐具、桌子、凳子、食物）。
• 10 种语言。

What's in this version

The first public release, with:

• Brick Stove and Tall Brick Stove: burn vanilla furnace fuel and cook in the pot on top. The tall stove is 1.5 blocks high, to match the tall hotpot tables.
• Iron / Copper Nine-Grid Hotpot: 9×9 = 81 slots. Cook on a stove; a pot placed on the ground on its own is a cold pot.
• Four broths: Clear (water bucket), Milky (milk bucket), Mushroom (mushroom stew), Spicy (lava bucket), each cooking at a different speed. Scoop them back out with an empty bucket or a bowl.
• Cooking: any raw, edible item can go in. It cooks in the time its furnace recipe takes and gives the same XP. Fuel is only used while raw food is cooking.
• Bamboo Chopsticks: left-click cooked food in the pot screen to eat it; pick food up from plates and put it into the pot.
• Cold pot Nausea: eating from a cold pot may give you Nausea.
• Warm up around the pot: a lit stove with a pot on it gives Regeneration I to players within 6 blocks.
• Take the whole pot with you: a mined pot keeps its broth and food.
• Hotpot tables: 11 wood types × low / tall. They connect to each other and to the stove.
• Stools and benches: 11 wood types. They join into long benches you can sit on.
• Plates: 5 materials × 6 sizes, 30 in total. One block can hold several plates, and each slot stacks up to 3 foods.
• Raw / Cooked Tripe: dropped by cows and mooshrooms. Cooks in the pot faster than beef.
• Creative tab with sub-categories (All, Cook, Dish, Table, Seat, Food).
• 10 languages.

Known issues

• Many features have only been tested in the author's own worlds. Please play in a new world first and back up your saves.
• Sneak + right-click to take food off a plate does not work while holding something in your off hand. This is vanilla behavior: with an item in the off hand, sneak + right-click skips block interaction.
• Farmer's Delight integration is not done yet.
