First release of Dokhaneh (دوخانه): one release, two homes.

Publishes a project's releases to GitHub and to Iranian domestic hosts at the same time, so it stays reachable when the network is national-only or GitHub drops off a whitelist. It is not a circumvention tool: it only uploads your own releases to legitimate hosts you have accounts with.

Highlights

  • dokhaneh.yml with targets: GitHub Releases, ArvanCloud and Liara object storage (S3-compatible, generic S3 too), and Gitea/Forgejo (git mirror push + releases)
  • Artifacts and docs site published to every target
  • Ed25519-signed manifest (SHA-256 + size of every file) and dokhaneh verify [--deep] across all mirrors
  • Generated POSIX install.sh: global source first, domestic fallbacks, signature + hash checked, tampered mirrors skipped
  • dokhaneh status: UP / MISSING / DOWN per target with latency
  • Composite GitHub Action (uses: mrzroot/dokhaneh@v0.1.0)
  • 42 tests (respx-mocked GitHub/Gitea, moto S3, real install.sh runs), CI on Python 3.10–3.13
