Parpar 0.1.0 — first release

A calm toy: tear any web page into paper strips or confetti, sweep the pile, glue it back. The real page is never touched; Esc puts everything back.

Install (from source / unpacked)

• Chrome / Edge: unzip parpar-0.1.0-chrome.zip, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, Load unpacked.
• Firefox 142+: about:debugging → This Firefox → Load Temporary Add-on → pick parpar-0.1.0-firefox.zip.

Shortcut: Alt+Shift+K or the toolbar button. Only the activeTab and scripting permissions; no network, no data collection.

Checked: 34 unit tests; 88 end-to-end checks in real Chrome (static, forms, live Wikipedia, Persian RTL page: DOM restored exactly, form values and focus kept, no console errors, no extension network requests); web-ext lint on the Firefox build with 0 errors / 0 warnings.
Not checked: running in real Firefox, Safari. Not published to any browser store yet.
