Initial release.
Implemented the core single-file class architecture.
Added logic to completely purge default core dashboard widgets and suppress the Welcome Panel.
Integrated a dedicated customization options panel using the native Settings API.
Implemented secure protocol sanitization to support both standard URLs (https) and email links (mailto).
Fully tested and verified with WordPress 7.0.0 and PHP 8.3 environments.
