Initial release. Please read the README.

Accent.css handles the colors. The top color is the UI base color. The second color is the content base color (what you type and several of my plugins). The third color is only used by the Tables.css.

These snippets are still a work in progress, but I feel like I have gotten them to the point where I am willing to share them.

Some of the snippets are works in progress - so if they don't work - DON'T USE THEM!
