1.0.10 pre-release 1

A pre-release of 1.0.10 for early testing. Install the attached VSIX with Extensions › … › Install from VSIX…, then close and reopen VS Code. A window reload is not enough, because this version adds menus.

Please test the solution and project side with care. This version changes a lot of how solutions and projects are handled, and those parts have had little real-world use so far:

• Pages: Solution Properties and Project Properties pages replace the old quick picks and the Actions pane.
• New Solution: it is one page, and it can build a solution from a folder of existing sources.
• Adding projects: a new or existing project can be added from Solution Properties, also in a sub-folder.
• Solution View: it shows each project's File Drivers, Libraries, Projects to include and Referenced Projects, with Add and Remove.
• Refresh Solution: it re-reads a .sln or .cwproj changed outside VS Code.

Keep a backup of your .sln and .cwproj files while you try it.
