Grok GUI 0.1.4

This corrective release restores the historical Grok GUI product name on
macOS and Windows while keeping the existing ai.grok.build.gui application
identifier and user data.

Changes

• Restores Grok GUI.app and matching installer/update artifact names.
• Keeps the ChatGPT OAuth, GPT 5.6 model catalog, five reasoning levels, and
  streaming/session fixes shipped in 0.1.3.
• Locks macOS releases to the stable self-signed Grok Desktop code-signing
  identity and refuses accidental Developer ID signing.
• Disables trusted timestamp and notarization operations that do not apply to
  a self-signed certificate.

macOS first launch

Because this release is intentionally self-signed and cannot be notarized by
Apple, macOS may block a copy downloaded from the internet. On first launch,
right-click Grok GUI.app, choose Open, then confirm Open. Later
launches work normally.
