Code signing policy

SignPath Foundation review is pending. An installer ending in -unsigned.exe is authentic to this repository but is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show an unrecognized-publisher warning. After approval, releases will contain the SignPath-signed Avorythm-Setup-x64.exe instead.
