First release published to PyPI since 0.1.0. Carries the whole vintage subsystem
(immutable raw capture, change-only bitemporal observations, field-level revisions,
point-in-time asof(t), release dates with explicit provenance, the frozen-year
restatement tripwire) plus the removal of the duplicated flow decomposition.
