Include emails in multi-account provider names

TL;DR

Multi-account provider names now identify every discovered sibling by email while single-account names stay short. Account-only cards keep their saved position, synced spend, and consistent names across the app, CLI, and API.

What was happening

• Default cards and custom-home-only accounts could be ambiguously or redundantly named.
• Account-only catalogs could lose saved ordering, runtime aliases, or remote synced spend.
• Long overview labels could jitter, escape their rows, or remain clipped with Reduce Motion.

What this changes

• Resolves names from active accounts, adds stable suffixes only for duplicate labels, and keeps supported keychain-only defaults neutral and available.
• Preserves family order anchors, maps runtime aliases to backing records, and renders remote spend using scoped family metadata.
• Fades prices only as needed, clips and scrolls overlong labels, and jumps to their ending when Reduce Motion is enabled.
