Metroid Prime Hunters Recomp v0.2.1-alpha - Online identity

Public prerelease alpha — bugs are expected. Early-testing build;
please report issues.

Patch release on top of v0.2.0-alpha.

New: online identity on the dashboard

• A new ONLINE card sits under the Player 1 card: set your player
  name — the console nickname Nintendo WFC / Wiimmfi shows to other
  players and the default name the game offers. Defaults to ndsrecomp;
  clear the field to keep your firmware dump's own nickname.
• Your console MAC (the per-install generated identity) is shown
  read-only on the same card.
• Works on both paths: retail dumps and the built-in FreeBIOS +
  generated firmware.

Fixes

• The runner now creates the bios folder itself on a first no-dump
  launch (Linux AppImage first-run fix).

Note: the game copies the console nickname into its own save profile
on first boot — an existing save keeps its old profile name unless renamed
in-game or started fresh.

Getting started is unchanged from
v0.2.0-alpha:
Windows — unzip, ROM next to the exe, Play. Linux — ROM next to the
AppImage, run it. No ROMs, BIOSes, or firmware included.
