v0.1.6-alpha — fix pig-throw blue screen

Quick fix release for the crash reported in #1.
- Fix blue screen softlock (sometimes a hard crash) when throwing one pig into another in the starting area
- Mute audio during turbo loads — no more sped-up audio garble on loading screens
Same setup as v0.1.5: extract, run TombaRecomp.exe, bring your own BIOS + Tomba! (SCUS-94236) disc image.
Known: leaving the game sitting on menus/attract for 10+ minutes can still wedge it. Working on it.
