Steam's t_data_u.car can now be selected and mounted directly without renaming it to .bin.

  • Adds .car to the shared launcher, preparation picker, and native runtime dialog.
  • Treats .car as the raw PlayStation sector image its contents already identify as.
  • Keeps the existing ISO9660, SCUS-94236, sector-layout, and corruption checks authoritative.
  • Ships equivalent Windows x64 and experimental Linux x86-64 packages.

The game disc and Sony BIOS are not included.
