Launcher: Fullscreen on launch + Skip Launcher on Boot

Two new launcher options:

  • Fullscreen on launch (Settings → Video) — start the game in desktop fullscreen. The in-game F11 / Alt+Enter toggle still works as before.
  • Skip Launcher on Boot (bottom-left of the launcher) — boot straight into the game on future launches, skipping the launcher window. A confirmation prompt explains how to bring it back: run the game with the --launcher argument, or set skip_launcher = false in settings.toml.

Both choices persist in settings.toml.

Self-contained Windows x64 build — unzip and run TombaRecomp.exe. Prompts for a PS1 BIOS on first launch. Saves and settings carry over from previous versions.
