Android v0.0.3 — Fixed landscape for gyro microgames

Fixes the screen flipping upside down during gyro microgames. The display now stays in one landscape direction, including when Android auto-rotate is enabled or disabled. Phone motion still drives the cartridge gyroscope.

Install this APK over the existing app. It uses the same application ID and signing certificate as android-v0.0.1. The emulator upgrade preserved the existing save, imported ROM/BIOS and setup preference byte for byte.

Validation: arm64 release build and Android lint passed; the old build reproduced the 180-degree flip; the fixed build passed seven physical-sensor poses each in setup and the running game, with auto-rotate off and on. Also validated on a Galaxy S22 Ultra: the existing v0.0.1 install upgraded in place, and the owner confirmed that upside-down play stays fixed while motion controls work.

Experimental arm64 APK for Android 9 or newer, signed with the existing Android debug key for sideloading. Supply your own WarioWare: Twisted! (USA) ROM and 16 KiB GBA BIOS. Neither is included. Windows is unchanged.
