Bug Fixes

• Fixed commands (add, update, remove) returning exit code 0 on invalid
  usage. They now exit with a non-zero code, making them reliable in
  shell scripts and CI pipelines.
• Fixed filter command producing empty results when unknown flags were
  passed. Also fixed label + status combined filtering to chain correctly.

Improvements

• Added GitHub Actions CI: every push and pull request now runs the
  full test suite with race detection and go vet automatically.
• Added CONTRIBUTING.md with steps for forking, developing, and
  submitting changes.
