0.43.0

• Updates on Windows no longer delete the app's data. The installer puts
the program in %LOCALAPPDATA%\NovelScraper and removes that folder whole
before installing a new version, and the library, the installed sources, the
downloaded voices and the browser's profile were kept in the same folder.
They now live in %LOCALAPPDATA%\NovelScraper Data, which no installer
touches; settings stay in %APPDATA%\NovelScraper. The update to this
version still runs the old version's installer, so it clears the old folder
one last time: a library kept on the server comes back by itself, and
sources and voices have to be installed again.
• Narration on the desktop takes half the processor. Kokoro is no faster
past about four threads, and it had been given up to eight, each extra one
burning processor while it waited: on an i7-8750H, the same speed for 1.9
CPU-seconds per second of audio instead of 4.2.
