• The app no longer freezes while it tries the graphics cards. In 0.45.0
  the cards were tried the first time Listen was pressed, and while that ran,
  narration and closing the window both waited on it: up to two and a half
  minutes on an integrated chip. The cards are now tried in the background as
  soon as GPU acceleration is downloaded or switched on, with progress shown
  in Settings; until there is an answer the processor reads, and the next
  time narration starts it moves to the card. Closing the app never waits on
  narration for more than a moment.
