Windows installer

This release ships the Inno Setup installer (GloryDesk_Setup_v1.0.1_Windows.exe) as the primary download — Program Files install, VC++ runtime, Start menu shortcuts, and uninstaller.

Velopack update assets are still attached so in-app auto-update continues to work.

Changes

• Real Windows installer via Inno Setup on every GitHub release
• Website download webhook prefers GloryDesk_Setup_*.exe
• Velopack pack uses GloryDesk.exe (matches AssemblyName)
