I found out you couldn't actually select zh-simp, de, or it clientside. When placing them in our selector, I positioned them based on the internet presence of the languages, which is probably wrong, but it's just as arbitrary as our ordering is anyway. If we get too many more languages, we'll eventually need to come up with a system of ordering.
I also added in catalan and spanish (we're getting images for these).
And I added placeholder ftl files for later usage.
