NoraBar v1.0.3

NoraBar v1.0.3 introduces scrolling for long music information, automatic update checks, and new fullscreen behavior controls.

The Settings window has also been redesigned and reorganized to make configuration easier to understand and manage.

✨ New Features

Scrolling Music Information

Track titles and artist names that do not fit within the available space can now scroll automatically.

The following modes can be selected in Settings:

  • Disabled
  • Always scroll
  • Scroll only while hovering

This feature is supported by both the Minimal and Productivity designs.

Automatic Update Checks

NoraBar can now check GitHub Releases for new versions when the application starts.

When an update is available, NoraBar displays a notification and provides access to the latest release page. Automatic checks can be disabled in Settings.

Fullscreen HUD Behavior

A new option prevents the HUD from expanding while a fullscreen game, video player, or other application is active on the same monitor as NoraBar.

Restart the Audio Visualizer

The audio visualizer can now be restarted from the Settings window without restarting the entire application.

🔧 Stability Improvements

Audio visualizer resources, including timers and audio capture components, are now properly released when the visualizer stops.

This reduces the chance of unused resources remaining after restarting the visualizer or closing NoraBar.
