Monitor Manager 0.3.0

Monitor Manager 0.3.0 adds direct access to the operating system's display settings and keeps Current setup synchronized with changes made there.

What's new

  • Open Windows System > Display or macOS Displays settings from the main toolbar.
  • Refresh display state when the operating system reports display changes.
  • Refresh Current setup when Monitor Manager regains focus, including after refresh-rate-only changes.
  • Use fixed, platform-specific settings targets through the protected Electron IPC boundary.
  • Updated documentation and the main application screenshot.

Validation

  • 24 automated tests passed.
  • Type checking, production build, and Windows packaging passed.
  • The packaged Windows app opened the correct System > Display page.
  • The packaged tray menu reported Version 0.3.0.
  • The original two-monitor configuration remained unchanged after validation.

macOS settings targets have automated coverage. Physical macOS hardware validation remains pending.
