Monitor Manager v0.3.1

This maintenance release makes display-profile switching dependable across topology changes.

Fixes

  • Serializes display operations and automatically retries transient Windows topology failures.
  • Verifies enabled state, primary display, position, resolution, refresh rate, orientation, scaling, and HDR before reporting success.
  • Keeps monitor numbers stable across restarts, refreshes, and profile switches.
  • Prevents new or previously disabled displays from overlapping existing displays in the arrangement preview.
  • Keeps large arrangements scrollable and supports arbitrary display counts without a fixed application limit.

Validation

  • Verified with AW3225QF, G34WQC A, and M28U displays.
  • Reproduced Windows error 87 during a topology change and confirmed automatic recovery without a second user action.
  • Passed 31 automated tests across 9 test files, type checking, production build, Windows packaging, and packaged smoke checks.
