Parse real CS2 1.41 `status` output.

- CS2 1.41 prints no `map :` line; the level is read from the first loaded spawngroup. Bot rows carry no address column. The status parser handles both, so the server console shows the map and connected players from a real host. Pairs with portal-server-agent v0.2.1.
