Group stages now advance to their playoffs.

- A groups-and-playoffs cup never moved on from its group stage: every group match would finish and the playoffs stayed pending with no matches. The transition only existed behind the admin "reapply progression" endpoint. The match-completion saga, which every real result runs through (captain claim and confirm, forfeit, no-show, review), now seeds the next stage when the last group result lands. Safe to re-run: a stage already advanced is left alone.
- The dispute detail names the teams, who raised the dispute and who the claim named as winner, as the queue already did. The organiser's dispute modal showed bare ids.
