ci: append .exe to solver binary on Windows

PyInstaller produces minigrid-solver.exe on Windows but the bundle
assembler looked for the unsuffixed name and failed at the staging
copy. Same fix applied to electron/main.js so the launcher finds
the binary at runtime.
