Open VSX Registry Version Update

Describe the bug
There is an outdated version on the https://open-vsx.org/extension/mtxr/sqltools-driver-mysql, which is 0.5.1. We need to update it, then the code-server, which is the server version of the VS Code, can use a newer version of the plugin.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install a code-server
2. Enter plugin tab
3. Search the sqltools

Expected behavior

Has a newer version of plugins.

I have updated the drivers on Open VSX to match the ones on Marketplace.
