option to upscale after generating an image

The best thing would be to add it directly as an API option /v1/images/upscale then you could, for example, Integrate realesrgan-ncnn directly locally, then you could also use it from anywhere like...:

And the option/button to upscale the generated images then uses the same method defined there.
You could then also have several different methods, selectable by model name.

Closing as a duplicate of #917. Image upscaling is available through the diffusers backend, which maps upscale / superresolution pipelines (see backend/python/diffusers). If a specific upscaling model or pipeline you need is missing, please follow up on #917. Thanks!
