Documentation snapshot validated against upstream OpenClaw release v2026.4.5.

Highlights:

  • updated README, CHANGELOG, AGENTS, AGENT_README, and ARCHITECTURE to the v2026.4.5 release line
  • refreshed analysis docs and replaced the old v2026.4.2 integrity audit with a v2026.4.5 integrity audit
  • corrected released memory/runtime topology to the current split between src/memory-host-sdk/ and extensions/memory-core/src/memory/
  • verified release window stats, published release metadata, and current inventory counts against the tagged source tree
