Docs snapshot: v2026.4.9-2

Follow-up factual correction release for the v2026.4.9 docs line, validated against upstream tag v2026.4.9.

Corrections applied

Errors introduced by agents during the initial v2026.4.9-1 sync have been fixed:

  • ARCHITECTURE.md / AGENT_README.md: wrong docs version suffix (-2 used instead of -1) and stale snapshot date (2026-04-06 instead of 2026-04-09)
  • README.md: CHANGELOG table description still showed v2026.4.5 as the endpoint; Stats section retained stale inventory figures (9,766 TS files, 1,893,328 lines, 94 extension packages, 73 skill entrypoints, 16 docs)
  • All 10 analysis/*.md headers: Updated date still read 2026-04-06 after version-string replacement; corrected to 2026-04-09

What was already correct in v2026.4.9-1

  • CHANGELOG.md: v2026.4.7, v2026.4.8, v2026.4.9 release summaries with correct commit/file/line delta stats
  • ARCHITECTURE.md: all inventory numbers (10,454 TS files, 97 extension packages, 109 dirs, 75 skills) and stats update section
  • AGENTS.md, AGENT_README.md behavioral content: v2026.4.9 version references
  • All 10 analysis docs: version strings updated from v2026.4.5 → v2026.4.9
  • analysis/integrity-findings-v2026.4.9.md: new integrity audit document
