• Replace the no-op PyPI command with a real Docker deployment manager.
• Add doctor, init, deploy, up, status, logs, and down commands.
• Download matching production assets and verify SHA-256 checksums.
• Reject unsafe archive paths and preserve deployment data by default.
• Generate Docker-host model connectivity and secure build-context exclusions.
• Publish a dependency-free CLI wheel instead of incomplete runtime modules.
• Smoke-install and inspect every wheel before trusted PyPI publishing.
