Open the DMG and drag Markly to Applications.

This build is not notarised by Apple, so macOS blocks it the first time. Open Markly once, then go to System Settings › Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Or run:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Markly.app
