* Fixed survey buttons, trying to fix the table width * fixed ampersands * fixed direction of pulldown menu * fixed alignment for survey questions * made the tables not resize when they are hidden * changing width formatting * removing auto-resize to wider tables (not necessary for pacesetters, also it doesn't entirely work so I'm just commenting it out for now and will deal with it fully later.)
