With #254 we can use the official Inkwell repo, which cleares the path to update our bundled LLVM version to the latest version (that inkwell supports). However, due to a bug in LLD that was introduced in LLVM9 we are currently stuck at version 8.

Once the patch for the LLD bug (https://reviews.llvm.org/D86401) lands in a release and inkwell supports that version we should update.
