Reduce sibling-navigation query cost by filtering visibility with bulk-loaded post metadata instead of metadata joins. Sibling scope, ordering and visibility are preserved, including missing and repeated metadata values. No data migration is required.

Validation: 45 tests / 199 assertions passed on PHP 8.3.33. Local Nora verification with WordPress 6.9.8 and Municipio 6.43.3 returned identical navigation objects for all 559 published pages; the Hide in menu workflow was manually verified. Twenty paired request measurements per page showed about 7–8% lower total request time on the tested content and document pages. These are local measurements, not production guarantees.
