Live screen view for MT Code's Computer View, JPEG on macOS
- Live capture. A display
screenshotwithlive: truekeeps a capture stream open: ScreenCaptureKit on macOS, Desktop Duplication on Windows. It returns the newest frame plus its sequence number. Passafter: <seq>and the call waits (up towait_ms) until the screen changes, so a remote viewer gets new frames as they happen instead of polling. A live frame comes back in ~1–2 ms where a one-shot screenshot took ~100 ms. The stream stops itself 5 s after the last request, so macOS shows its purple screen-recording indicator only while someone is actually watching. If you stop sharing from the menu bar, live capture stays off. Likecursor: true, this option is for MT Code's viewer and is not in the tool list. Linux answers with an ordinary screenshot. - macOS
screenshotandzoomacceptformat: "jpeg"andquality, like Windows and Linux already did. A full-screen JPEG is ~105 KB against ~576 KB as PNG. PNG stays the default. - Faster macOS display screenshots (~120 → ~90 ms): the display list is kept between captures and refreshed when screens change.
- macOS bridge: the listen backlog is the system maximum instead of 64, so many agents can connect at once.
32 tools; screenshot gained format and quality on macOS. No extension update needed.
