Fixed
Models trailed the map by a frame or more while it moved, and stayed slightly off once it stopped. SceneKit's transaction is now flushed before each frame, and frames are presented straight from the GPU. Mid-animation the models now stay within 0.2 px of MapKit's own overlays.
Screen-size models no longer redraw every frame while the map is still.
