Fix Codex startup from macOS and Linux desktop launches when the configured absolute executable relies on a runtime in the same directory (thanks @kakuda, #46).
Fix MCP form and browser confirmation requests from current Codex app-server versions.
Improve reconnection after app-server exits and keep /reconnect submissions from temporary side chats from being lost.
Keep thread navigation available while an archive confirmation is open.
