v1.5.2 resolve install issues and update cellpose support

Add updated cellpose support
Fix install issues, including tensorflow incompatibility with python > 3.12
Handle segmentation resulting in no cells
Trap triangular meshing errors in Blender file creation
Save intermediate results files in case of rerun and add --clear_cache option to remove them before rerun
Remove compare option
Don't save results in trial0 folder if not using sampling
