Re downloader

This form provides a quick method of re-downloading already downloaded tags and pools. Images are not re-downloaded.

When re-downloading, the tags and pools provide the same input. Each provider has a parent node, and expending displays all previously downloaded files for that provider.

When selecting a downloaded item, the label below the tab control will update with the tags identifier or the pool name, as well as the last download time (if the download.json file is available), otherwise it will display filler data.

The option Download with saved download settings will use the download.json file (if available). If the option is disabled, it will use the currently set settings for aphrodite.
