Docs-only release. All six READMEs (repo + JS/Python/Go/Java/C#) rewritten against the real per-port API: a minimal built-ins-only quick start, a new Conversations / memory section (ask + id + ConversationStore — previously undocumented), A2A serve remembering peers by contextId, and consistent structure. No code changes; republished so the package pages carry the updated docs.
