I've been working on this for almost a week straight, and I think this update's finally ready to release
New features:

• Sign in with your Apple ID to fetch every single app you've ever purchased!
• Download (encrypted. but to your Apple ID) .ipa files of your delisted apps directly on your iDevice!

Apple ID download via the ipatool iTunes Store endpoint.

New in 1.1.0:

• Download apps that are NOT in your purchase history (free apps are acquired automatically; Apple only allows this for apps that are free or previously purchased on your Apple ID)
• Fetch the authoritative version ID list directly from Apple - works for delisted/removed apps where the version server has no records (fallback offered automatically when No version IDs found)
• New 'Download with Apple ID' button and 'Use Apple ID Version List' option in the version prompt
• Two-factor authentication supported (verification code prompt)
• After picking a version, either install via the App Store downloader or save the .ipa straight to the Files app
• Your password is never stored - only the Apple ID email is remembered

Install with TrollStore/tipa or sideload with a signing tool.
