What it does:

• Shows every cookie for the site you're on: domain, path, expiry and flags, including partitioned cookies.
• Deletes cookies for this page, this domain and its subdomains, or every site. It shows you how many and which domains before it deletes anything.
• While searching, you can delete just the cookies you can see.
• Creates and edits cookies. Every field can be changed.
• Deletes a single cookie from its row.
• Lets you mark cookies as Kept so they never get deleted by this extension.
• Tells you if Chrome changes what you asked for. For example, Chrome caps expiry at about 400 days.
• Works in incognito. Incognito cookies stay separate.
• Light, dark, or match your system.

Privacy: it makes no network requests and collects nothing. It saves two things on your own computer: the cookies you marked as Kept (name, domain and path, never the value), and your theme choice. See the privacy policy.

The zip below is the exact file uploaded to the Chrome Web Store. It's the src folder at this release, unchanged. You can check it yourself by running python store/package.py and comparing the files.
