I've tried out the library in list-positions and it seems to be working well, so it's ready for v1.0.

Minor changes based on my experience trying it out:

  • Expose some templated methods (prefixed with underscore in SparseItems) and types, for consumers who want to work with SparseItems directly.
  • countAt now returns just the index. (For the old form, use _countHas.)
  • Removed hasGet. (For an optimized method similar to the old form, use _get.)
  • Replaced findCount/_findCount with indexOfCount/_getAtCount.
