Iridis Alpha - without the Difficulty Cliff

This is Iridis Alpha, but without the sudden jump in difficulty at level 3. It's still tricky but its manageable instead of nearly impossible.

See https://github.com/mwenge/iridisalpha/tree/master/src#the-difficulty-cliff for a short write up on the parameters tuned in this version.
