v2.2 Hotfix

REALLY small hotfix to fix #18.

You can install the Python package for PyAcct by downloading the attached whl and running:

pip install --user pyacct-2.2.0.whl

You can install a pre-built Docker image for this version and PostgreSQL/psycopg2 by downloading the attachd tar.gz and running:

docker load < pyacct-2.2.0-docker-pyscopg2.tar.gz

and run using the general docs instructions.
